1-Year Limited Warranty
The TOES FIRST handheld device includes a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
TOES FIRST warrants that the TOES FIRST device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year when used under normal household conditions.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Products that have been repaired, altered, or modified by anyone other than TOES FIRST
Damage or loss occurring during shipping or transit to or from the purchaser
TOES FIRST shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
