Thank you for shopping with Toes First. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information if available.
Toes First reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

International destinations (where carrier services are available)
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
United States (Including Connecticut)
Customers shipping within the United States will be charged:

Connecticut customers will also be charged Connecticut state sales tax (6.35%) as required by law.
Canada
Customers shipping to Canada will be charged:

International shipping fees (higher than U.S. rates)
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, GST, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes required by Canadian authorities.
International (Outside U.S. & Canada)
Customers shipping internationally will be charged:

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges imposed by their country.
Toes First does not collect or prepay international customs fees.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Customs processing
Weather conditions
High shipping volumes
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Toes First is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Toes First is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Packages lost due to inaccurate address details
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Risk of Loss
All orders become the responsibility of the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered to the provided address.
Toes First is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
7. Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to:

Import taxes
VAT
Brokerage fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. Toes First is not responsible for refunds in such cases.
8. No Shipping Guarantees
Toes First does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.
All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Toes First has no control over delivery speed, customs processing, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
