What is covered
- Defects in materials under normal, intended use
- Defects in workmanship, such as an improperly formed handle or blade
- Devices that arrive damaged in transit, when reported promptly
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic marks
- Damage from misuse, dropping, forcing, or using the device other than as directed
- Damage from heat, dishwashers, solvents, or abrasive cleaning
- Modified, altered, or repaired devices
- Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Change of mind, preference, or fit expectations
How to make a claim
Email toesfirsthb@gmail.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include your name, your order number or proof of purchase, the date of purchase, and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested.
Where a claim is covered, Toes First will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement device. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
