Terms of Sale

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and prepare it for shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there is a pricing or ordering error, and in that case any amount charged is refunded.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken through our store's payment provider at the time of order.

Orders ship from Bethel, Connecticut via UPS. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our facility. Delivery timing depends on the carrier. See the Shipping Policy.

Toes First currently ships within the United States. Canada and other international destinations are not available at this time.

The voluntary Toes First 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Toes First product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the full purchase price paid for the returned product.

Opened items are allowed to be returned within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee because customers need to open and try the product. Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged through misuse, intentionally altered, or returned with missing parts or components.

If you change your mind, decide the product is not right for you, are dissatisfied, or simply no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Toes First.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, Toes First pays return shipping and will provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label at no cost to you. Contact toesfirsthb@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, your order number if available, and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested.

For an approved damaged or defective product return, a replacement Toes First product is shipped after Toes First receives the returned product, or you may instead request a refund.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and are for the full purchase price paid for the returned product.

The voluntary Toes First 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies for 30 days from delivery. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The device is covered by the Toes First Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The Toes First limited warranty lasts 30 days from the date the product is delivered. See the Limited Warranty page for coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions.

Toes First is a dressing aid, not a medical treatment. Use it while seated in a stable chair and follow the directions supplied with the product. See the Product Use & Safety Disclaimer.
